From 247 to 139... Chewing This Pantry Food Before Bed!?
My mom always told me, “Susan you have two choices - enjoy dessert or have a perfect figure, but you can't have both."
And I always chose dessert… I blamed myself for the way I looked.
Back when I was in college, I was actually in good shape,
but that was because I worked out a lot to make up for all the things I ate.
Nowadays, I have a lot on my plate! I work full-time and take care of three kids and a dog.
Sadly, I don't have time to exercise as much as I want to.
To make matters worse, I wasn't as close to my husband as I used to.
So, I turned to comfort foods at night for some relief,
but it only made things worse (Or so I thought…).
I was constantly tired, looking frumpy, and feeling angry.
It was clear to me that I needed to make some changes in my life.
And they had to be realistic for me...
So I decided to search online for something that was easier and quicker to fit into my busy schedule.
Then one night, I stumbled upon a video that explained a Lazy "Bedtime Method" using just one common pantry food that I currently take with my dinner.
Guess what? It had NOTHING to do with diet, genetics, or exercise.
It's all about increasing the count of "brown cells" to ignite the metabolic engine room which burns fat 4x faster than exercise.
This method sends your metabolism into overdrive...
After being stuck at 247 for almost three decades, I am now happily back to 139 and feeling fantastic!
And my husband thinks I look absolutely amazing and let me tell you...
things between us are better than ever before!
So please, check out the video below to see how this “Lazy Bedtime Method” works.
Maybe this could be just what you need, but you won't know until you watch and see for yourself!
Supporting your journey in health,
Susan B.
