How A "Lazy Method" Changed Everything...

My name is Susan Barron. I'm 56. A mother of 3, a new grandmother, and I would like to tell you something personal about myself...

Last year in September, I just broke down and started to cry. I couldn't help it... I had reached my breaking point... I felt like I was going to have a nervous breakdown. It happened one Monday morning, right after I stood on the scales. I had been on a strict raw food diet for nearly two months... And decided to give myself a break for the weekend since it was my husband's birthday. However, As I stood on the scales, it said I was 217. I couldn't believe what I was seeing!

That meant in less than 3 days, I had gained back every single ounce I had lost in the past 3 weeks...and more. This might not sound like a big deal to you... But to me, It was a disaster. You see, over the past 7 years...

You name it - I had already tried it. And yet the results were always the same. I would try so hard to lose a few pounds, and then as soon as I would give myself a break, it would come piling back on. It's happened more times than I can count... I didn't know what to do or what else to try... And I was about to give up... Until, a few weeks ago when I Learned about this "Lazy Method"... I just had to chew one pantry food before bed. I was skeptical as I felt like I tried everything... but with my health the way it was, I decided to take a chance.

And Thank God I did!

It turns out my struggles had NOTHING to do with what I ate or how much exercise I did...
