At 56, I Went From 247 to 139... Chewing One Common Pantry Food Before Bed

Seriously, here's what happened after I prepared this food in a new way and chewed it before bed...

🌊 Day 1: Started feeling more calm and relaxed

🌪️ Day 7: Bloating reduced - even after eating :)

💤 Day 14: Slept better, woke up happy

🔥 Day 21: Began to drop size, pants won't stay without a belt

Day 28: Had more energy

Today, I'm in tears as I hit my new year goal, a few weeks early.
